Bradly and The Pinewood Derby and Basketball

Here are a couple of pictures of Bradly and his pinewood derby car. Bradly was bummed when his car lost most of the races and only beat one car, but he felt a lot better when he got first place for looks. He and Tom had fun making it together. I thought they did a great job.

Bradly has been having a great time playing basketball this year. It's so fun to watch all of the kids excitement when they play, and when some of the kids do something good in a game and look back at their parents, it's so awesome. These pictures are from Bradly's game last Saturday when he played his cousin Justin's team. This last picture is of them playing against each other.

We Are Still Here!

Sadly it has taken me forever to get a new post on here, and to put these pictures of the kids up, so here they are late, but still cute. Tom took these pictures this last fall for their school year pictures. We went to check out a nature trail near here, and stopped to take their pictures along the way. It made for a nice family outing, and we got to enjoy the outdoors.

Home Sweet Home

We are finally getting pictures of our house on here! We are loving being in our own home. We feel so blessed. These are the pictures we took the day after we closed when we were cleaning getting ready to move in. That night we stayed up all night painting the kitchen while the kids slept in their sleeping bags on the floor in the family room. That was my first experience painting and would have been my last if we hadn't already let the kids pick paint for their rooms (ha, ha). I just can't wait for spring when we can start doing yard work and hopefully start our own garden together.
